Carr Hill Visitors

We were joined by two maths teachers from Carr Hill. They asked what we already knew about shapes and numbers and then we got to play games using the dice. We enjoyed playing the beetle drive game.

Anti Bullying Week 2017

The School Council wanted to raise the issue of anti bullying again this year in a Worship for the whole school.  The theme of 'All Different All Equal' is being celebrated throughout our school and the School Council read the story 'Perfectly Norman' to us.

Remembrance Day

Year 1 and Year 5 joined up to complete Remembrance Day activities. We created poppies, decorated biscuits and made some poems thinking about what we can thank the soldiers for. We have then sold the poppy biscuits to raise money for the Poppy Appeal.

Year 5 try out being evacuees!!

The children in year 5 were given the chance to imagine what life was like for an evacuee by packing their own evacuee bag at home.
