Year 5 have spent time finding out about the Royal British Legion and wanted to raise money for the Poppy Appeal because they believe it is important to support this charity by being generous and show respect to the soldiers past and present.

Bob the Builder Challenge

Year 5 had the chance to improve their shape skills when completing a Bob the Builder architect challenge in Maths Week with teachers from Carr Hill.

Our School Council helped our local community by taking our donations to Kirkham Foodbank.

When they were there the Reps learnt how the food was sorted and organised and how it helps people in need.  We help support this because as a Christian school we follow God’s example and help people less fortunate than ourselves.
