School Council visit to Kirkham Food Bank

Remembrance Day

Remembrance day. 

We thought about why we are thankful to all the soldiers that fought for our country. We discussed that World War 1 started 100 years ago. We then created our own poppies to remember the people that have died.

Bonfire Night

We have been talking about what we do to celebrate bonfire night. We discussed the history of bonfire night and talked about Guy Fawkes. We all learnt the beginning to the rhyme "Remember, Remember the 5th of November". Then we used our fingers to create bonfire and firework pictures.

Spring Bulb Planting
